I am a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of the Million Dollar Guild of The Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. This affords me the privilege of understanding and services my very successful clients. I am also certified to help with your probate sale needs. I am humbled to have received the Sterling Award for being in the top 15% of real estate professionals in our Orange County area for the past few years running. I have sold homes from Yucaipa to Riverside to all of Orange County.

I have lived in Southern California for the past 25 years and have had 14 years experience building and growing a thriving sales oriented business; so, I understand the importance of great customer service. I live in a lovely gated community in Huntington Beach, where I am rocked to sleep listening to the waves lap on our world class beaches. It is the perfect place for raising children as we have exceptional schools, and it is the perfect place for your retirement years when you have the time to gaze at the sunsets over the Pacific.

Before coming into the real estate profession in 2007, I was a high school teacher. I taught English and created the first competitive speech teams the school had ever had. We won several major events and even participated in Mock Trial. It was my privilege to receive the Distinguished Teacher award from my district. I purchased two Sylvan Learning Centers in 1993 and created a very successful business. We were privileged to be one of the first Sylvan's to help with No Child Left Behind, servicing at risk students.

I'm also a published author. Lisa was written in 1981 and chronicles a family's struggles with the care of their exceptionally challenged child. The second was Heaven is a Breath Away about a woman's near death experience. 2019 saw the publication of A Fragile Thread of Hope, a chronicling of the lives of four young homeless women and the woman who saved them from the streets. I continue to write because it brings me such satisfaction and joy.

I'm also a mother and wife. I have three gorgeous children who are all grown up now and making me proud every day. I have three grandsons who are, arguably, the smartest and most handsome grandsons on the face of the earth.
