We are so happy we found Kay as our real estate agent! She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, and is a real go-getter! Kay has such a warm personality that she made us feel at ease immediately. Anything we asked about or requested was accompished by Kay quickly. She worked tirelessly every day and night and reponded to our numerous emails and phone calls immediately. During the escrow period AND for an additional month AFTER closing, Kay was in constant communication with the contractor, and she supervised and monitored the progress of the numerous repairs, to make sure that everything was fixed properly. The contractor's workers really botched up the bottom wood trims around our front and back doors during the attempt to "fix"them, so Kay hired and paid with her own money for her own handyman to redo our trims, and her handyman did a stunningly beautiful job! This was NOT something we expected of or requested from Kay, but she knew that a proper repair of our front door was very important to us, so she went ahead and surprised us with that gift. Kay is a genuinely caring person and always had our best interest in mind. We had many worries during this whole process of purchasing our home which were assuaged by Kay's expertise, diligence and caring demeanor. We knew that Kay was in our corner and would fight for us. Buying a home can be very stressful, but not if you have Kay Farish from Coldwell Banker Global Luxury representing you. After months and months of looking, I finally moved into my dream home a week ago. The process wasn't easy. I had very specific requirements for my future home that were not easy to find all in the same place. Finally, after much searching, we were in escrow on a wonderful place, but then I had to pull out due to problems with the HOA. But Kay stuck with me and we went right back out there looking. She was patient and wise and a calming influence on me. The business end of my transaction was also not easy due to my unique circumstances, but she navigated that storm as well with determination and efficiency. I just want to share the quality experience I had while working with Kay Farish from Coldwell Banker Global Luxury homes. In the spring of 2016, I decided I wanted to downsize to a single-story home in the Huntington Beach area. I first met Kay at an open house in Huntington Beach. She was very professional and offered to email me the new weekly listings. Every week she took me out to look at houses. We must have looked at over 100 homes in 3 or 4 different cities. She was always patient and optimistic that the right house would be there for me.
Six months later, she showed me the perfect house! It was a new listing and she encouraged me to see it at the broker preview with her, before the public open house. We knew the home would sell quickly, so that same morning she wrote up the offer which she presented to the seller before the open house even ended! My offer was accepted even though there were at least three other offers that same day!
But this was just the beginning. Escrow closing is a whole other process. Kay was always keeping me informed no the many details of the complicated escrow. The communications with all parties involved was so thorough. Everything about the whole closing process went smoothly.

We had been searching for a house unsuccessfully for nearly 18 months when we ran into Kay Farish at an open house and started working with her. Within a week, we were in escrow, and, even though that place didn't work out, Kay was very confident and kept us optimistic that the perfect home was just around the corner.
